The best organisations have clearly defined written values.

At Pragma, we have implemented our own set of written values.  We did this so we could:

1. Hold each other to account;
2. Reflect upon our values to assist us in making tough decisions for our clients and our firm; and
3. To use when hiring new people to ensure the right people are joining the firm.

We engaged John Poulsen (former Australian Managing Partner and CEO of international law firm Squire Patton Boggs).  John arranged for every staff member to undertake an independent values assessment which he then analysed and conducted a joint session with our staff to arrive at the finished product (below).


Our values are intended to be a “living document” that will be updated from time to time.
