Jana joined Pragma in 2020 as the Executive Assistant to the Director, following a career in a range of professional business roles and in teaching. Jana’s business experience ranges from industries such as oil and gas, construction, mining and local government. She has professional experience from cost control, human resources, recruitment, health and safety, procurement, accounting and legal roles.

Jana graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Education (with Distinction) and is currently studying a Masters of Business Administration.

She has also recently completed a course in Human Resources Law through the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Management’s High Potential Leadership Course.

On 1 July 2021, Jana was promoted to Business Manager at Pragma Lawyers and assists to oversee the firm’s general business operations, finance, marketing, human resources and business development of the firm alongside the Directors, Aaron, Libbi and Nick.

Jana is a volunteer with Camp Quality to continue her passion for supporting children and also volunteers for various arts industry events in Perth.
