Matt is well versed across matters relating to contractual preparation, negotiation and review, leasing, licensing, due diligence and strategic decision-making on planning, environmental, native title and contamination matters.
Matt's practice also extends to corporate and commercial matters, including effecting business transactions and providing advice on a range of corporate governance, franchising and intellectual property matters.
